About e-PropertyLinks

e-PropertyLinks started as an email marketing newsletter in January 2006 under the name of HavesnWants. The first email newsletter featured only 9 listings; 7 Property Haves and 2 Property Wants.  This first newsletters was emailed to 17,500  Real Estate and Business Professionals throughout the Nation.  By the second issue, it featured 89 total listings.  Over time, the newsletter grew to be webpages and eventually advertisers were added.  In 2007, we decided to change the name, to better describe our services.   We sent out several different names to a test market group of Real Estate Professionals and allowed them to choose the new name of e-PropertyLinks.  Still without an actual website, the domain received over 22 million page views.  Through much trial and error and allot of input from the Real Estate Professional, we have finally been able to launch the e-PropertyLinks official site on August 25th, 2008.  This site is phase 1 and over the next few months, we will evolve the site based on Agent and Business Professional feedback and needs.

Since the launch of the site, we now feature over 17,000 listings and 5,700 new users. We drive traffic to the site with our email newsletters and affiliate co-op advertising.  Today, we send out an average of  11,000,000 target market emails per month to Real Estate and Business Professionals Globally.  These email newsletters comprised of industry market news, property highlights and agents and company profiles, drive traffic to the site non stop.

Our mission is to Link Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Business Brokers and Service Providers Globally. We know your buyer or seller is no longer in your own back yard.  They are everywhere.  We want to help Link you!
